MuscleSound worked with an MLB player over the course of two games to review his muscle depletion and recovery.

Background: The player was tired from both an extra-innings game the previous night and travel.

MuscleSound Intervention: As this analysis was close to game start we advise extra calories pre-game (shake), in-game snacks and also stress the importance of a good nights quality sleep.

Result: After the previous day’s game, the player had dinner and a good night sleep of 5-6 quality hours. His overall MES value had improved to teal and a score of 54. He was about to go and have some breakfast, which would further ‘boost’ his values prior to game time.
