Lauren has had a lifelong passion for fitness and health. She played division 1 volleyball at James Madison University, graduating with a degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. She has coached various youth teams over the years and had a stent in the fitness world helping develop and operate a gym in Belize. She has also spent time serving as the Operations/Finance Manager for a local entrepreneur who discovered oil overseas. She received her MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver, and shortly after began her work with MuscleSound. As part of our performance team, Lauren works with both new and existing clients to make sure they fully understand the benefits of the technology including proper scan technique and creating detailed reports from MuscleSound analytics. In addition, Lauren assists with the day-to-day operations of MuscleSound. We’re lucky to have Lauren help expand and drive ingenuity in this growing space.
