Trend Breakdown:

  • Played 85-90 minutes in each of first five games of regular season
    • Low MES of 18 shown from Muscle Fuel Assessment on April 18
  • No minutes were played in subsequent game to grant the player rest and recovery
    • MES improved drastically over next couple of weeks in response to recovery modalities
  • Played maximum minutes for next four games after one game rest
    • MES decline of 14 points seen toward end of four-game streak of high minutes
  • Played no minutes in next three consecutive games
    • MES improvement of 48 to 63 observed, indicating muscular recovery
  • 52 minutes played in last recorded game
    • MES decline of 12 seen from previous result, two days post-game
